At Hamperly, we strive to deliver joy to your loved ones across Singapore. Our delivery services cover the entire island, with a flat fee of just $10. Plus, keep an eye out for our FREE island wide delivery offers, available from time to time
Delivery Timing
Please note that while we make every effort to deliver your hamper at your preferred time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you have a specific delivery time request, we’ll pass it on to our courier, but please be aware that it’s subject to their schedule and traffic conditions.
Self-Collection
Prefer to pick up your order? We’re currently not offering self-collection, but we can make special arrangements. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Receipt
To ensure your gift arrives safely, please double-check the delivery address and make sure someone is available to receive it. If no one’s available, we’ll leave the hamper in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange an alternative delivery time, but a re-delivery fee of up to $20 may apply to cover additional costs.

Sending Get Well Hampers to Hospitals
If you’re sending a hamper to a hospital, here are some tips to ensure it reaches the patient smoothly:
Check with the hospital first for their specific delivery guidelines, like which dock or reception to send it to. Provide detailed patient info, including bed/room number, ward, and full hospital address. Make sure the delivery address matches the patient’s registered name.
If the patient’s been discharged, we might need to re-deliver to a different address, and a $20 re-delivery fee will apply.
